The balloon test depends on respiratory muscle activity. I beleive it is less accurate. Also, no test will be able to determine total lung capacity because there is always a residual volume, but the balloon test is harder because of the resistance caused by the elastic latex.

I love Ed Hardy sunglasses. They are so cute. They are best. If not, I love sunglasses that look like ski glasses, whatever brand. You know if they are a cheap knockoff by thier price. No matter how much people drill into your head that thier website has cheap designer brand sunglasses, no one is stupid enough to sell perfectly good designer brand for less than half price. You also can tell by markings. Look your brand up on ebay, and you should find pics of the labels or markings. Compare.

They sell j channels for mirrors and also mirror anchors which screw into the wall on a couple of studs.
You can use the anchors for the mirror hangers if you don't hit a stud but I suggest to hit a stud in a couple of places to secure the mirror well. I doubt that you can attach anything to the back of the mirror since you can only use mirror mastic on the back of mirrors which I don't think will hold any kind of hardware for hanging since it's meant to be applied directly to the wall.

A soaring passenger balloon will dot Chicago’s skyline for at least this summer after the city Plan Commission decided today to give a New York-based company approval to sell balloon rides.
The balloons operated out of Gateway Park near the western end of Navy Pier for two months last summer as part of a test run between AeroSpace-NYC LLC and the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority.
That run will extend at least through summer 2010 under a lease that allows the balloon rides from early May to late September, Navy Pier spokeswoman Delores Robinson said.
The plan commission had to sign off on the balloon rides under the city’s lakefront preservation ordinance. The balloon company now can extend its Navy Pier lease without going back to the plan commission.
