Apparently you do not have to wear a visor by law, but if you do wear one there are a whole bunch of rules that you have to stick to or you'll be sent to prison for 20 years

A guy holding a helmet stopped me to ask if i happened to see a red motor scooter in my travels. Said he forgot whre he parked it. Wow.
Go for the one that saftest if its a a full face one and your worried about neck muscles then take lots of breaks from wearing it. Kids are very strong.
